Membership starts at date of purchase and auto renews each month with an option to cancel any time. Membership card will be available for pick up within 24 hours of sign up. You will be notified by email and/or phone when monthly bottles are available for pick up. You must have your card to receive member discounts and may be asked to show a photo id to match the name on your card. Memberships are transferable for a $5 transfer fee. If you are purchasing this membership as a gift, use the intended member's name for sign up.
